I received this from my grandmother over 20 years ago. Includes booklet. Dolls not included. Please note that the box shows its age and has some scribbles. The main body has a few scratches, but the windows and doors still move and function properly. My grandmother made some handmade curtains at the time, which are attached with double-sided tape in one place. I tried to remove them, but it looked like it would leave marks, so I left them as they were.
