This is a vibrant blue dress. It has gold flower embroidery on the chest, giving it a華やかな (gorgeous/splendid) impression. The skirt has crisp ruffles, creating volume. The front is short and the back is slightly longer. The size is 150, but it was worn when I was about 130. It was worn once for a short time at a recital. The ribbon base is slightly torn from the time of purchase, but it's not noticeable. Due to being a foreign product, there are some areas with loose stitching. I have carefully checked it, but there may be oversights. It is a home-stored item and has some wrinkles. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used children's clothing.
