These are beige straight pants from GU. They come with inner lining up to the thighs. The fabric is smooth. The back of the waist is elastic, and the front has a button and zipper. I've worn them a few times. They felt a bit tight in the waist for a size S. There are some small, inconspicuous pills on the seat.
