This is a 766-piece set released in 2022, featuring a factory fire scene plus multiple fire vehicles such as a fire truck and a motorcycle. This was played with by my son. The instruction booklet is in relatively good condition. All the parts are present. The parts will be separated into individual zip-lock bags for shipping. I am also selling other LEGO sets.
