After changing hair salons, I no longer worried about thinning hair, so I stored it in its box without using it. I have brushed it and there are no tangles, but I will pack it in the included net, so there may be some tangling. Please understand. I also used the oil conditioner, which is necessary for care, about twice. There is also an instruction manual, but it has water stains and is stiff. The 12th photo shows how it looked when I actually used it. It didn't shift, but sometimes the front hair comes forward, so you might find it easier to use if you cut it a little yourself if necessary. It's almost black, but it looks brown depending on the lighting.
