I purchased this at a Tomica Plarail Expo a few years ago. It's a Tomica Karuta card game. I didn't play with it often, but it has been stored for a long time, so there is some dirt and damage to the box. All the cards are present. Some of the included stickers are missing. There is also some deterioration. There are almost no folds or writing on the cards, but there may be small scratches and dirt from normal use.
