This is Samantha Mosmos Kids. It's labeled as size L, but I think it's around 110-120 cm. My son wore this when he was 3-4 years old. It's plain white, so it's easy to match with various outfits and it's cute! There's a little bit of dirt on the cuffs (see photo).
