The front of the garment is navy blue with small, sparkling sequins that give it a subtle elegance. The back is open, and the back panel has a slightly sheer patterned fabric, which I loved for its movement. (It doesn't open too much, so I don't think your undergarments will be visible. I wore it with regular underwear, just like a normal t-shirt.) I'm selling this because I have similar items. I often wore it with white pants. It also looks good with jeans. I loved this item, so it shows some pilling and wear, but I think it still has a lot of life left in it. The photos appear a bit brighter (bluish), but the color is navy, closer to blue. This is based on my subjective opinion. Please excuse any wrinkles that may occur during shipping.
