I didn't use them often, mainly for guests or special meals. After use, I washed them and stored them stacked in the cupboard. There are no noticeable chips or cracks, and there is no damage that would interfere with normal use. There are slight signs of use and scratches on the foot of the plates, which is typical of ceramic ware, but there are no cracks or chips. The patterns on the surface have good color and overall look clean. With their gorgeous yet calming design, these plates are easy to use for everyday meals, as well as for New Year's or when you have guests.
