Overall, it's in good condition, but the discoloration on the face is noticeable. It has been tested and works, and it also talks. It's difficult to see, but in the last photo, the PVC coating of the red wire is cut, and the copper wire is exposed, so care is needed when handling it. The rails are not included. Requires one size-D battery and two size-AAA batteries.
