Made in the USA, this skirt has a "Edward ANN" brand tag, likely from Anne of Green Gables. It's probably a rare pleated skirt. It's been dry cleaned and is in good condition, but please consider it vintage as I've worn it a few times and purchased it quite a while ago. I bought it at the Gotemba Outlet, where I was told it was "a skirt used for a collection that never made it to market," and I believe it cost around 15,000 yen (*ˊᵕˋ*) There's a handwritten note in English on the tag ꕤ︎︎ It's a pleated skirt made of satin fabric, and the way it moves is very beautiful.
