No shoulder strap or inner board. There is a small stain on the front (images 8 and 9), but the inside and bottom are clean and in good condition. The handle has a name written on it, and a repair fabric sticker has been applied (image 6). When shipping, it will be folded and packed for shipping since there is no inner board.
