Frills made from the same fabric as the skirt are added to the collar, and decorated with lace, beads, and a blue ribbon. The back is fully open with Velcro. ♡ Skirt ♡ Made from refreshing blue striped cotton. The waist is switched to navy cotton for an accent. The back has one snap button closure. Since it's a simple outfit, I hope you enjoy various coordinates ♡ The items for sale are the blouse and skirt, the two pieces. I've sewn with transparent sewing thread to highlight the cuteness of the fabric. There are some areas where I've used glue to prevent fraying. I make them with care, but as a handmade item by an amateur, there may be marks on the back or irregularities in the stitching.
