Pilates DVD This exercise DVD is targeted towards women after childbirth. It's mat Pilates, so you can do it even if you don't have any machines. (I included "Stott" for search purposes, but this is not a Stott DVD) It seems to be exercises that even those with relatively low physical strength can do, so it may be good for seniors with weak cores, as well as those who have just given birth. The data side has a DVD-R-like color, but it has been in this state since I purchased it and is definitely not a copied DVD.
