I purchased this several years ago and used it for about two years. The battery has deteriorated, but it can still be used while charging. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. There are no operational problems. The stylus pen is not included. I will ship it after initializing it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
