Thank you for viewing the flare skirt in black. This is a knee-length skirt. The crisp material allows it to flare out beautifully when worn. There is no lining. It is not see-through and can be worn on its own. The label says "dry clean," but I have washed it at home without any problems. It has been worn several times, so please understand.
