The height at the toes is about 3cm, and the heel is about 5cm. Purchased this year at a shop in San Clemente, California, and worn about 5 times. I bought two pairs, and I've been mainly wearing the other pair, so I'm putting this one up for sale. The RAINBOW lettering is faded, but there are no scratches or damage.
