This is a Michiko London blouson. It's warm enough to wear even in the dead of winter. I'm selling it because my style has changed. Both the zipper and buttons work perfectly, and it can be closed all the way up to the neck. I haven't worn it much myself, and I bought it from a used clothing store, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details.
