This is a docking dress from Nishimatsuya. There is blackening on the cuffs, and the white part of the dress has a generally fuzzy appearance. The skirt part is clean. The blackening might be removable with something like Utamaro, but please take care of that yourself. At this time of year, it might not be so noticeable with a jacket on.
