During operation checks, the following issues were found: - When connected to power, the charging complete mark appears, but the power turns off when disconnected. - Sometimes it enters hold mode and cannot be operated. Although it wasn't used frequently, it was dropped when taken outside, and there are large scratches on the surface. It's difficult to see in the photos, but there is only one main unit. The other is an empty case. It was sent for repair, and for some reason, the empty case was included at that time. Those who can replace the case may be able to use it.
