This is a classic overdrive pedal from BOSS. The original box is included. Unlike TS-type pedals, this one provides a natural overdrive with a wide range from low to high frequencies, like an amplifier. It distorts sufficiently when you increase the gain knob, going up to the level of a light distortion, so it can be used as a main distortion or as a booster. There are some minor scratches, but there are no issues with its use.
