These plates can be connected, but they are not transparent, so they are not suitable for making projects using patterns. However, they are convenient for making large items! The protrusions are 3mm long, the same as the Hama Beads L plates, so the beads don't fall over easily, and they connect securely, so they won't shift when ironing. They are M-sized plates, smaller than the transparent hexagonal L plates and larger than the transparent hexagonal S plates. Connecting 7 plates will look like image 3.
