Purchased on Amazon, June 7th. Includes manual and box. Used by my nephew for 3 days. Please note that there is a slight scent of fabric softener. It was aired outside for half a day, but not washed. The middle part has been removed to fit in the box. It was also detached when purchased, and I reattached it myself. When removing it, the button on the seat was detached, so please fasten it after assembly. Instructions on how to fasten the button are in the manual. Slight scuffing on the bottom. See image 11.
