This is a knee-length dress from MiiA. It has a short-sleeved design, but it's actually sleeveless. It can also be worn off-the-shoulder. I fell in love with the shape and bought it, but I found out I was pregnant soon after and never had a chance to wear it, so it's been stored at home. The tag has been removed.
