Thank you for viewing this item. This is an ALGY skirt. The straps are adjustable. Please check the photos for any fraying. The waist is a bit narrow, but it has elastic, so there's some give. The measurements are for the skirt only, without the straps. The straps are 70cm long, so there should be plenty of room. There are three adjustment levels. It was quite expensive, but the design wasn't liked, so I don't think it's been worn more than 5 times. Please understand that this is a used item, stored at home after being used by a child, and purchase accordingly.
