This is a local character strap celebrating its 20th anniversary since its release this year. I collected these when I was a student, so I think I purchased them around 2006 to 2010. This is a set of 19 items in total, including 13 used ones and 6 with tags. Please check the second photo for the prefectures of the ones without tags. The ones with tags are unused, but they are old items and have been stored at home for a long time, so there may be rust on the metal fittings and fading of the paper tags and packaging.
