I've used these shoes two or three times, but they don't fit, so I'm selling them. There are some scratches on the heels, but they're not very noticeable. As shown in the photos, You can wear them in three ways: 1. With the included ankle straps attached 2. With both straps removed The included straps are still unopened. Heel height: Approximately 7 cm. I plan to ship them without the box. m(__)m
