This is a Japanese-style garment from NIER CLOTHING. I purchased it from the NieR website, and it was a random item. I only tried it on, and then stored it folded in the closet. As shown in the third photo, the overlapping part of the haori (outer garment) is sewn together, so you can wear it like a hoodie. The fabric is thick and has a brushed back, so I think it can be worn in the coming season (winter).
