The sleeves are slightly puffed, and it's a navy blue, elegant dress. The fabric has a little stretch, is wrinkle-resistant, and doesn't show through because it has a lining. There's a vent at the hem, so it's a long length but doesn't hinder leg movement. It looks bright blue in the photo, but it's a calm navy blue. Dry cleaned.
