First page has a cut. Purchased in 1995 when it was released. It has been stored since then, so there are scratches and wear due to aging, but there is no noticeable dirt, and I think the condition is not bad. Please understand that this is a used book before purchasing. The product will be shipped with measures to prevent water damage.
