From Luang Prabang, Laos. This is a haori I bought about three years ago. In Laos, organic manufacturing is commonplace, but in Luang Prabang, a World Heritage city with a constant flow of foreigners, there is an increasing number of items with beautiful designs. I believe the material is a mix of bamboo and cotton. The texture is very soft, and I was drawn to the handmade, one-of-a-kind piece because I loved the feel and design. I've worn it once or twice. I love it very much, but I'm selling it because it no longer fits. It would fit a men's size S to M, and of course, women can wear it too.
