This is a Ralph Lauren polo shirt. The size is M. Approximate measurements (taken by a non-professional): shoulder width 42cm, chest width 46cm, back length 66cm, front length 61cm. I purchased it from a used clothing store a few years ago and have worn it only about 5 times. It shows signs of wear. There is no fading or fraying.
