This is a handmade, genuine leather pen holder refill for mini 6-size notebooks. The base is made of pink Italian leather "Alaska Belly," and the pen loop is made of salmon pink nubuck leather, hand-stitched. The stitching color is pink. The holes for the rings are 3mm in diameter. The surface is waxed, giving it a whitish appearance, but the original leather color is pink (see image 8).
