This is a large wooden engine shed for Thomas the Tank Engine. The design is now discontinued, so it's considered rare. The only plastic part is the green door, giving it a sense of weight and warmth. It was played with by a child, so there are some scratches and dirt, but it's still perfectly playable. There is no graffiti. I don't think there's any degradation of the plastic. For your reference, it's currently not available on Amazon.
