Brand new, unused. It's a black case with a zipper. There's a mesh pocket on the inside. It comes with a shoulder strap and a card case. The blurred lettering is part of the original design. I haven't used it at all, but it's been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. Instant purchase is OK.
