This is a mini skirt with a retro feel. It was given to me by my aunt, so I think it's from several decades ago. It's CHELFORD OF LONDON, MADE IN ENGLAND. The size is 10, but I think it's equivalent to a size M. It has four belt loops, eight pleats, and no lining. Measurements (laid flat, approximate): Waist: 33 cm Length: 43 cm
