This is a down vest from ROCKYMOUNTAIN. I purchased it at Beauty & Youth. The collar is black boa, and the matte wool material with leather accents is a deep navy, almost black. The lining is black nylon. Both the color and material make this a very refined down vest. I have stored it with care, and it is in excellent condition, having been worn only once.
