These are Paraboot VOGUE shoes. I bought them about 5 years ago. The retail price was about 90,000 yen. The color is black. The size is UK3.5 (I usually wear around 23.5-24 cm, but this size was perfect). I've worn them a few times. There are some minor scratches and wrinkles from wear, but I think they can still be worn beautifully if polished. I really love them and hate to part with them, but I'm selling them because I don't have many opportunities to wear them since having a child.
