I received this as a gift from a select shop, but I've only worn it once because my pelvis is wide and flare skirts don't suit me. I don't know the price since it was a gift, but I think it cost over ten thousand yen. It has a lining and is well-made. It seems like it would be nice to wear with a winter knit as an accent color. I will roll it up to ship it so that it doesn't wrinkle easily.
