The reason for the "as-is" condition is that it appears one part of the frame is slightly bent. I've been using it without any issues, but upon closer inspection... The fabric in this area is also slightly torn... I noticed this when listing it, so it might not be noticeable during use. *Please check the images. If you open and close it gently, there shouldn't be any problems with its use. Also, there is no storage bag. Personally, I found it troublesome to put it away in the bag every time, so I don't think it's a problem without it. Due to the above reasons, I'm offering it at a reduced price.
