This is Seeglam's highlighter in Vanilla Frost. I purchased it from the official SHEIN website. It's a liquid highlighter, but it's also fine to apply it after powdering your skin. It sets firmly when it dries. I wore it for a whole day and it stayed on well. I think it's easier to use a brush to tap and blend it in, rather than a sponge. I purchased it in April 2025 and used it twice. I prefer a more subtle highlight, so I'm selling this. It has a beautiful, fine shimmer, and it's perfect for people who want a bold highlight.
