[7] Condition: New, Unused [8] Shape: Natural Inkstone with Common Stone Lid ◉ About the Work This work is made from Yokokawa Gorge Ryukei stone in Tatsuno Town, Kamiina District, Nagano Prefecture, using black mica clay plate, allowing for fine and dense ink due to its fine particle quality. Beautiful reddish-brown yellow rust is visible on all 4 sides of the inkstone, making it unique. ◯ It can be considered a large object and a craftwork with a strong presence. Also, when the Ryukei stone hill and sea are illuminated, small sparkles appear as if stardust is scattered throughout, and within them, silver stone patterns flow unevenly from the sea to the bottom of the hill. This is a work with a common stone lid that makes the most of the natural stone, which the craftsman excels at. It is a beautiful work that is good for use and display, so please consider it. ◉ Kiseki Midorikawa (Real name, Kesami) 2014.9 (Died at age 71) ◉ Japan Kogei Association (I was able to confirm some, but not all.
