This is one of my favorite blouses from Ketty, and I used to wear it to work. I'm selling it because I retired and no longer have the opportunity to wear it. It can be worn under a suit or as an overblouse with pants. It has sheer short sleeves and a frill on the chest, and the front and back are lined so you can wear it on its own. It's in beautiful condition, but please understand that it is a used item and has been stored at home.
