Esmeralda donut pillow with insert. Used for two children. Used for about 6 months each. I mostly used it with a towel or something else placed on top of the donut pillow. There are some black scuff marks on the fabric, but I don't think they are very noticeable. I'm ashamed to say I didn't really understand how to use the insert, so it's unused. Please check if you are concerned, as I have a cat. I used it for two children, so I took pictures to show the current thickness. I used it, or didn't use it, while looking at the shape of their heads, and used this mainly while using other goods.
