This is a kimono by Kaga Yuzen artist Takashi Chadani. He specializes in realistic depictions of nature, focusing on flowers, birds, wind, and moon, and is a popular artist who has won numerous awards. He is considered one of the "next generation's leading figures" in Kaga Yuzen. Kaga Yuzen is consistently finished by a single artist, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of pure hand-painted artistry. This Hon-Kaga Yuzen kimono, without any embroidery or gold leaf, showcases the inherent beauty of dyed patterns. The entire hem is like a canvas, depicting a landscape of mountains and flowers. The artist's signature is placed on the okumi (lapel). The hakke (lining) is a matching hakke with a single point pattern. It is made with a silk hishaku (lining). It has three dyed family crests of nine-leaf bamboo. We hope you will enjoy wearing it in formal settings with your obi as a semi-formal kimono(^^) ●Color: A pale beige color close to neriiro (light gray-beige) ●Size: Hiro-eri (wide collar), awase (lined), hiyoku (double lining) Three dyed family crests of nine-leaf bamboo Length: 163.5cm 裄丈 (Yuki): 69cm Sleeve Length: 48cm Front Width: 24.5cm Back Width: 30cm Yuki seam allowance: approx. 1cm on one side Ura-age (hem allowance): approx. 6cm *Please note that there may be slight variations due to amateur measurements. ●Material: Kimono fabric, lining, hakke, and hiyoku are all silk ●Condition: The sleeve still has the thread attached. There is a very small spot on the hakke (photo 15). There are other fold marks, but it is clean and in very good condition. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. ●Other Notes: The colors may appear different depending on your monitor, so please be aware of this if you are particular about subtle colors.
