I no longer use this item because the Sumikko Gurashi boom has passed. I'm selling it because it was expensive for a child's muffler. Worn for one season. Home cleaned. The inner loop (fastener?) used to be Velcro, but it would stick to clothes when it came undone, making it very difficult to use, so I sewed it on with a needle and thread. It was comfortable to use after sewing it on. The name stamp on the tag has been blacked out.
