Here are a footed romper from Next and a romper from GAP. The second picture shows a small hole next to a button. It seems the hole was made when the button was pulled, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The Next romper is labeled 6M, but it seems smaller than the others, so I think it's about size 60. The GAP romper is labeled 3-6M. Both have cute all-over patterns.
