I believe I purchased it as a used item that was in unused condition. After receiving it, I took it out once to check it, but I myself have kept it unused. The side adjusters are also unadjusted. I had stored it in the outer box and the included box for a long time, and there is some age-related soiling on the outer box. The contents, however, are in good condition. The wig itself, perhaps because it had been unopened for a long time, had a product-like smell, possibly due to the mixed synthetic hair. So, I used the Aquadoor wig shampoo and conditioner that I own to perform maintenance. I air-dried it and finished with Aquadoor care mist. After maintenance, the original smell is gone. When you open the box, you can now smell the shampoo and conditioner. I would like you to judge the condition after maintenance from images 18 and 19, but I believe it is still in good condition.
