This is a Showa-era Licca-chan yukata (summer kimono). It's likely from the era of the second-generation Licca-chan. There's no tag, but I believe it's a Takara product. The pattern placement is lovely, with the sleeves and center line being particularly vibrant. It's a very cute yukata with Showa-era neon-colored flower dyes. It has the feel of the yukata that small children often wore at Showa summer festivals and other events. It's a cool-looking yukata made of seersucker fabric. Since there's no obi (sash), you could substitute a ribbon or something similar, which would also be cute. I think it would be perfect for Licca-chan with her hair up. It's also perfect for the reproduction versions of the first-generation and second-generation Licca-chan.
