I purchased this at an outlet a few years ago. The handle on the back side (as seen in image 3) has aged. The front handle (image 4) is still in good condition. Also, there is some dirt or pen marks on the bottom (image 8). The included shoulder strap is unused, but it has faded slightly due to being stored at home. Other than that, I think it can be used without any problems (*^^*) This is just my personal opinion, so please be aware of this beforehand m(_ _)m I also purchased a bag charm when I bought this bag, but I'm not sure which warranty card it belongs to.
